【Job Description】
- Manage maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
- Support existing distributors in Thailand, and help them increase the sales of existing products (** There is possibility to have oversea business trip occasionally)
- Coordinate sales activities with distributors in an appropriate and necessary way to positively impact sales and provide superior customer experience in the territory
- Maintain the growth of business in the territory together with assigned distributor
- Follow-up and coordinate all field activities during the pre- and post-sales process
- Routinely meet with existing customers to ensure continued satisfaction with the company's products and services, as well as identifying additional product sales opportunities.
- Achieve annual sales revenue and gross margin target for their business in Thailand
- Identify gaps in current distribution channels and develop new channels/distributors to fully exploit these markets for their products
- Research of Market trends & competitive field activity information, enabling the company to support territory strategies / tactics and react quickly to competitive actions
【Qualification】
- English: Good business English writing and speaking skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above, in Medical Technology, Biotechnology, Life Science, or related fields
- Strong leadership skills and able to work in a team/ demonstrate initiatives and good interpretation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience:
Experience with instruments/devices highly compatible with our HbA1c analyzer.
Good experience in related field for sales and channel development executive, in medical device/IVD industry (Hba1c Meter)
