【Job Description】
- Oversee the entire project from the planning phase through to completion.
- Manage the project budget, timeline, and overall resources.
- Coordinate with clients, partner companies, and other stakeholders.
- Lead and supervise the Site Manager(s) and project team.
- Ensure the project is successfully delivered on time and within budget.

- Age: 32 - 52 years old
- Gender: Any
- Language: Not specified
- Experience of working for a construction company in an MEP (or related) capacity is required.
- Strong ability in on-site construction management.
- Ability to read and create technical drawings/blueprints (drafting).
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive.
- A Bachelor's Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is highly desirable.
