【Job Description】
- Research, development, and improvement of new products for automotive parts.
- Design and development of products utilizing Fine Blanking, pressing, and metalworking technologies.
- Prototyping, performance evaluation, and analysis (dimensions, strength, durability, etc.).
- Review and optimization of mass production processes in collaboration with the Production Engineering division (process design, yield improvement, cost reduction).
- Technical proposals and participation in technical meetings based on customer requirements.
- Research and evaluation of new materials, processing methods, and production technologies for potential introduction.
- Other related duties.

【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai
- Age: 27 - 40 years old
- Gender: No preference
- English: Business level or higher (The role involves communication with European and American customers).
- Experience in industries such as metal processing or automotive is a plus.
- R&D experience is a plus.
