【Job Description】
- Contact the public agency for foreign permission working license of EKT such as IEAT, Labor Department and Industrial Department.
- Control for the expatriate employees work permit, visa, re-entry and other concerns.
- Review legally company agreement such as concern to Sale, Transportation, Leasing, Delivery, Sale Land and Manage for controlling legally, document system of the company.
- Manage and cooperate matter deal with customs Department for Export privilege of EKT/Gold card, Refund Tax.
- Support and Manage for legally document permit and extend which concern for Facility of EKT group.
- Deal with BOI, IEAT for permission official document for construction and other concern.
- Control for register and update seal of company to commercial dept.
- Performs related legally work to support as required.
- Support each other in Corporate Planning Department for smooth operating.
- Responsible for promote and encourage the achievement of safety, occupational health and environmental goals.

【Qualification】
- Male Age 25-32 years.
- At least Bachelor Degree in Law
- Minimum 1-3 Years experiences in dealing with the government agency to support expatriate employees such as work permit, visa, re-entry.
- Have good relation with the government agency such as IEAT, Labor Department. and Industrial Department, Customs, BOI etc.
- Experience for handle agreements such as concern to Sale, Transportation, Leasing, Delivery, and manage for controlling legally document of the company.
- Good English for both Writing and Speaking (Toeic score will be advantage)
