【Job Description】
- Support the initial business launch from an HR management perspective
- Plan and execute large-scale recruitment projects for the new store opening
*including sourcing, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.
- Handle ongoing recruitment to fill vacancies as the company grows.
- Oversee daily labor management and employee relations.
- Administer and consolidate the company's performance evaluation system.
- Report on all HR and recruitment progress and results directly to management in Japanese.

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender (Female better)
- Age: 30-45 years old
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in large-scale / mass recruitment and employee training
- Experience in any Japanese company
- Experience in new setup environment

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Social Insurance
- Transportation Allowance (considering)

【Working Hour】
-Monday - Friday 08.30-17.30
(1-2 Saturday/month depending on the company's calendar)
-2 day off per week (In Case work on the weekend)
