【Job Description】
-Planning, development, and operation of internal business applications.
-Responsible for developing applications that support sales and streamline business processes essential for the company’s growth.
-Mainly handle operations for group companies in China, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Singapore, with some collaboration involving the Japan headquarters.
-Conduct online interviews with sales and administrative staff across Asian countries to gather and define business requirements
-Plan and propose internal systems to support knowledge sharing within the sales department
-Improve efficiency in HR, general affairs, and accounting operations by transitioning from Excel-based workflows to systemized applications
-Research and select appropriate SaaS solutions (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft 365) based on business needs
-Design and enhance internal business applications, ensuring compatibility with Microsoft Office tools
-Communicate and coordinate with external vendors in English, including contract management, project progress tracking, and issue resolution
-Collaborate with internal teams in both Japan and Thailand (Japanese used internally; English used with external vendors)

【Qualification】
-Male / Female
・Required Qualifications
-Educational background: Bachelor's degree
-5+ years of development experience in in-house applications
-Japanese language proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2

・Preferred Qualifications
-Experience with JAVA and Python is advantageous
(However, candidates who can learn new programming languages on their own are also welcome)
-Experience in creating detailed design documents and other technical documentation.
-Experience in Web application development.
-Experience with Microsoft technologies.
