【Job Description】
- Factory start-up
- Supervise overall factory operations (production, quality control, and maintenance) to maintain product quality
- Oversee production management (cost control, budgeting, and production shifts)
- Supervise equipment maintenance (especially electrical-related equipment)

【Qualification】
- Business-level English
- Japanese language skills are an advantage
- Experience as a Factory Manager
- Experience in Compression molding

【Working Hour】
