【Job Description】
- Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical and electrical (M&E) system installation projects, including technical execution and business management.
- Lead the project bidding process, performing detailed cost estimations and developing competitive proposals.
- Maintain and leverage a strong professional network of industry contacts, including consultants, designers, project owners, and suppliers, to support project acquisition and execution.

【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai
- Age: 42 - 50 years old
- Gender: Male
- English: Business level
- At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Director in the M&E construction field
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Must hold a valid Professional Engineering License (Level 2 / สามัญวิศวกร or higher).
