【Job Description】
Painting & Plastic Injection (Rear Spoiler, Interior Part)

1.Production Management
Plan, control, and monitor painting and plastic injection processes to achieve required quality, quantity, and on-time delivery.

2.Quality Control
Ensure production complies with ISO/IATF standards and customer requirements.

3.Team Management
Supervise, coach, and develop supervisors and production staff to build an effective workforce.

4.Cost Management
Control production budgets, reduce costs, and optimize resource utilization.

5.Safety & Environment
Enforce strict compliance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.

6.Problem Solving & Process Improvement
Analyze root causes of production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S).

7.Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.

8.Reporting & Data Analysis
Prepare production performance reports, efficiency analysis, and problem summaries for management and

【Qualification】
-Sex : Male
-Age : 35-48
-JLPT : N2
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
-Experience: At least 5–10 years of experience in paint and plastic injection production, including team management experience
