【Job Description】
⎼ Analyze customer, service, sales, and marketing campaign data to improve services and increase sales.
⎼ Create dashboards and reports for management and branches to use for strategic decision-making.
⎼ Track the results of marketing campaigns and promotions across Retail, Salon, and Online channels.
⎼ Connect data from POS, CRM, Social Media, and staff shift systems to find insights that help improve the customer experience.
⎼ Analyze business trends, VIP customer behavior, and branch KPIs.
⎼ Recommend ways to improve sales and service processes based on data.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
⎼ 2-3 years of experience in business data analysis (experience in Retail, Beauty, or Service sectors will be specially considered).
⎼ Proficient in using Excel, Power BI, Google Data Studio, SQL, or other data visualization tools.
⎼ Possesses analytical thinking skills and the ability to communicate insights to management in an easy-to-understand manner.
⎼ Enjoys working with numbers and can recommend strategic approaches.
