【Job Description】
- Yearly Marketing Plan and Target, product price monitoring for a best profit as well as
customer satisfaction.
- Control Sales Target, handle of Product Delivery and responsible to increase in Sales
Amount.
- Developing Sales Team and creating a long term relationship with customer.
- Monitor and Consider strategy to achieve Sales target.
- Manage Department Operational Process as necessary. Consulting and Giving advice.
- Manage Working System for the highest competence. As necessary Re working System.
- Manage cooperate with related section for effectiveness of operation process.
- Create a good relationship with customer for the highest satisfaction and Achieving Sales
Target.
- Supervise SM Team to follow a safety rules and company regulation.
- Finding new customer, business and new project
- Increasing Production and Sales volume
- Etc.
【Qualification】
- Male or Female age between 35-50 Years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or related filed.
- Must have experience at least 10 years in Sales Management.
- Analytical thinking and Problem solving skills.
- Leader ship, positive and Customer Relationship Management.
- Can communicate in English and Japanese at a good level.
- Working efficiency in MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of ISO standard, Safety management.
