【Job Description】
⎼ Lead and manage the customer service team, providing support and solving problems.
⎼ Work with Head Quarter and the Global Team to drive improvements in operational quality and productivity.
⎼ Monitor the department to ensure productivity levels and customer satisfaction goals are achieved.
⎼ Review team productivity and align with appropriate headcount and team structure.
⎼ Perform yearly appraisals, provide feedback, and create development plans for team members.
⎼ Develop inter-departmental communication and work with the Senior Management team.
⎼ Maintain close links with Head Office, Overseas Agencies, Suppliers, and Customers.
⎼ Handle customer complaints and develop team members on how to handle future situations.
⎼ Lead and manage strategic projects to support business growth and development.
⎼ Create and sustain a positive team environment with high levels of motivation and team spirit.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Degree in Business/Management or equivalent relevant experience.
⎼ 8-10 years of experience in Customer Service functions and department management.
⎼ Proven background in shipping and logistics is essential.
⎼ Proven team management experience is essential.
⎼ Excellent people management, leadership, coaching, and motivation skills.
⎼ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
⎼ Thorough knowledge of shipping processes, procedures, rules, and regulations.
⎼ Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
⎼ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
⎼ Computer literate and capable of producing reports and analyzing data.
