【Job Description】
- Create IT development roadmap based on company strategy
- Lead development of Core, Logistics, and Internal systems
- Manage project scope, timeline (WBS), and progress
- Coordinate with the existing IT team (including Thailand and other countries)
- Select vendors and manage contracts/quality
- Control development budget and ROI
- Coordinate with other departments (Store Ops, Logistics, HR, etc.)
- Manage risks and support decision-making
- Lead, train, and evaluate team members
- Build new team structure and improve staff skills

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Female
- Age: 23-35 years old
- Business level of Japanese and English
- At least 3 years of experience as Project Manager in IT field
