【Job Description】
- Coordinate with external and internal network e.g. Customers/Sales/Operation/Booking office/Stevedore/Port Captain/ Husbanding to smoothen document process, shipment arrangement and to ensure smooth loading & discharging.
- Prepare shipping document (such as BL, manifest, etc.) as per customer's requirement and customs regulation.
- Follow up with customers for related document to comply with Thai Customs regulation.
- Timely issue/release relevant documents i.e. Transshipment Advise / PCC Daily Berthing Schedule / Loading & Discharging results.
- Prepare various internal reports
- Co-ordinate/chasing for Outstanding Freight and Charge.
【Qualification】
- Male or Female
- Age 22 - 26 years old, with working experience 0-2 years in Logistics, Shipping or International Business
- Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration or related field; major International Logistics is advantageous.
- Good communication skills of spoken and written English
- Computer literate in MS office package
- High Responsible, organized, self-motivated and active team work with service-mind.
- Willingness to work outside normal working hours
