【Job Description】
1. New Project Development: Proactively handle new client acquisition (Explore new clients) and lead the introduction of new packaging products.
2. Technical Consultation & Pitching: Consult clients on special packaging requirements and perform technical coordination/meetings with customers regarding product specifications and requirements.
Calculate and estimate package pricing based on client requirements.
3. Sales Closing: Manage pricing calculations and negotiations to successfully close new project contracts.
4. Supply Chain & Administration: Manage delivery schedules and coordinate closely with suppliers regarding stock, availability, and ordering.
5. Reporting: Maintain existing client relationships and report directly to the Japanese Managing Director (MD).

【Qualification】
- Age: Approximately 25 to 40 (Prefer candidates with experience aged 30+)
- English: Intermediate
** Basic proficiency is required for email and document preparation with customers.
- Experience: 3+ years of corporate sales experience, in one of the following industries:
① Packaging-related, ② Manufacturing, or ③ Engineering background
- Hold a driver's license & own car

‐ Experience in launching new projects.
- Ability to perform technical coordination with customers regarding product specifications.
** Support System: The internal coordinator can handle existing order receiving/issuing tasks.
The Japanese MD can provide support for technical inquiries and drawings.

- Phone allowance: 500 B
- Sales commission (Based on profit of monthly order)
- Fuel allowance 7B/per km, including maintenance fee
- Bonus: Depends on the company performance (approximately 1.5～2 month)
