【Job Description】
⎼ Serve as the sales representative for existing local manufacturers, primarily paint and resin companies (currently 5-6 clients).
⎼ Manage the full sales and administrative cycle for assigned clients, from procurement to final sales.
⎼ Coordinate and liaise with overseas suppliers (mainly China/Taiwan) and local Thai customers (paint, resin, and chemical manufacturers).
⎼ Prepare and process essential sales documents, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
⎼ Arrange shipping schedules and prepare all necessary shipping and import/export documentation.
⎼ Respond to and resolve customer complaints and related inquiries.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
⎼ A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales (industry not specified).
⎼ Must be sincere and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Prioritizing human qualities and communication over specialized chemical knowledge).
⎼ Proficient in English, capable of direct negotiation with overseas suppliers and communication with the Japanese Manager.
⎼ Proven experience in preparing sales and import/export documentation, such as Purchase Orders, Invoices, and other relevant shipping papers (Must be comfortable handling numerical data).
⎼ A proactive and independent work ethic, given the Japanese Manager's remote support structure.
