【Job Description】
- Account Payable. Responsible record A/P for local expenses and freight expenses in the system and bank payment transfer.
- Summarize monthly payment to customs
- Submit withholding tax to Revenue Department (local withholding tax PND3, PND53)
- Bank reconciliation and the account code that related in the jobs.
- Any other aperiodic assignments which will be within the sphere of the job nature of this role.
- Support and ensure compliance with all accounting requirements, tax filing requirements, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal.
- Monthly/annual settlement assistance

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- 3-7 years working experience related with accounting
- Female – Male
- Age 27-32 years old
- Understanding of accounting principles
- Understanding of taxation (VAT, withholding tax, corporate income tax, etc.)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- IT literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to produce necessary reports and other documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills. Able to deliver clear and concise message to stakeholders and team members.
- Good team spirit. Able to collaborate with other team members and other departments.
- Independent and proactive, able to take ownership and complete tasks assigned with integrity.
- Good time management and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced with self- motivation and determination.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Language: Intermediate level business English (email, document writing, communication)
- Compliance with rules

【Working Hour】
