【Job Description】
- Field service support for Company's products.
- Provide installation of Transformers and commissioning of Transformers
products.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service, and repairs.
- Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any
necessary corrective actions.
- Provides effective teamwork, building a strong relationship with customer
contacts.
- Develop Service technical documentation.

【Qualification】
- Male, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Can communicate in English.
- Have experience concerned Transformer products at least 1 year. (Preferable).
- Willing to work overseas and able to work on-site in verily places and virtually.
- Able to work on holiday and work with a team.
- Have an effective engineering license.

【Working Hour】
The first half of the year : Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30
The second half of the year : Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 and Saturday (every other week)
