【Job Description】
⎼ Provide professional administrative support to departments focused on continuous development and revenue, particularly for the company's Australian division.
⎼ Assist the Australian Company President with attendance tracking and payroll calculations.
⎼ Perform comprehensive secretarial duties for the Australian Company President.
⎼ Assist in organizing, planning, and scheduling meetings and appointments.
⎼ Handle and prioritize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and memos.
⎼ Maintain and organize document filing systems, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
⎼ Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries as required.
⎼ Manage general office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Gender: Female
- Education: Bachelor degree upper (Major in Hotel management or any related field is preferred)
⎼ 1~2 years of work experience (In a Secretary, Assistant, or Administration role is preferred)
⎼ English proficiency: Business ~ Fluent
⎼ Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
⎼ High degree of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
