【Job Description】
- Manage all factory operations, including production, quality, cost, delivery, safety, and environment.
- Oversee the Quality Assurance team and make sure all products meet high quality standards.
- Make sure the factory follows the ISO 9001 rules.
- Manage daily work to ensure the factory and QA department run smoothly and efficiently.
- Write reports and run meetings in English

【Qualification】
⎼ Mandatory experience in factory management or as a department head within the manufacturing sector.
⎼ Extensive experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC) is essential.
⎼ Must possess strong knowledge and practical experience with ISO 9001 standards.
⎼ Required foundational knowledge in production planning, inventory control, and safety regulations.
⎼ Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
