【Job Description】
1. Analyze and improve current production process and to meet quality level.
2. Working with team and leader to introduce new processes and technologies.
3. Support the manufacturing productivity improvement process and ensure stability of process in production line.
4. Support team efforts to follow up and establish root causes of all non- conforming products and implement corrective actions
5. Investigate product failures and materials problems, testing for and identifying manufacturing issues.
6. Act and encourage safety, environment, quality and disciplinary awareness and compliance as well as any required by the company procedures or work regulation.
7. Perform / support all assigned across functional works.

【Qualification】
1. Male or Female
2. Age 35 Years Up
3. Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineer or related field
4. At least 5 years experiences to work in the production engineer at Japanese Manufacturing Company.
5. Computer literacy : MS office, Can read Drawing and PLC Basic
6. Be a good team player and communication
7. Proactive & Improvement
8. Fair to Communicate in English.
9. This position is employed as a permanent staff.
