【Job Description】
⎼ Process Purchase Orders (PO) and handle sales/purchase documentation.
⎼ Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and customers.
⎼ Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
⎼ Manage inventory and stock control.
⎼ Perform general administrative and GA tasks.
⎼ Conduct online product research.
⎼ Support basic accounting duties.
⎼ Handle import/export documentation and coordinate with logistics providers.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Female, aged 22-30 years old.
⎼ Bachelor’s degree.
⎼ Experience with 1-2 prior companies is preferred.
⎼ Experience in Sales Admin, Support, or GA is preferred.
⎼ Communicable English skills are required.
⎼ Japanese language skill is an advantage.
⎼ Import/Export knowledge is a plus.
⎼ Strong multi-tasking skills.
⎼ Immediate availability is preferred.
