【Job Description】
1. Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with Project Managers, Maintenance Engineers, Factory Managers, and Sub-contractors to ensure proper resource allocation and project tracking.
2. Technical Troubleshootng:
Conduct on-site visits to collect detailed information and provide technical analysis for troubleshooting.
3. Reporting & Solutions:
Prepare critical analysis documentation and provide corrective suggestions to resolve technical errors.
4. Sales and Service:
Visit customers for product delivery, relationship building, and business development.
5. Presentations:
Deliver professional technical presentations using PowerPoint.
6. Communication:
Translate complex technical knowledge into clear, understandable information for clients and internal teams.
- Internal coordination with the Company Director and Assistant Sales Manager to align with business goals.

【Qualification】
⎼ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineerin
⎼ Basic English proficiency (Around TOEIC 450)
⎼ Possess a driver’s license and a personal car
⎼ Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

[Highly preferred]
⎼ Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer/ Sales Engineer / Sales position,
in food manufacturing, chemical manufacturing or same industry
⎼ 5+ years of experience
⎼ Strong fundamental understanding of mechanical seal structures
⎼ Proven experience in the maintenance of rotating machinery (e.g., pumps, agitators)
⎼ Ability to create simple freehand technical drawings for site solutions
