【Job Description】
1. Business Development & Sales
-Develop new warehouse and fulfillment customers, with a primary focus on Chinese-speaking clients
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs related to warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics services
-Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and commercial offers for warehouse and logistics solutions
-Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline to achieve assigned revenue and growth targets

2. Customer Relationship Management
-Serve as the main point of contact for Chinese-speaking customers and partners
-Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
-Coordinate closely with customers on service scope, pricing, contract terms, and operational requirements

3. Solution Development & Internal Coordination
-Work closely with Operations, Warehouse, Finance, and Customer Service teams to design effective and practical warehouse and fulfillment solutions
-Coordinate customer site visits, warehouse tours, and service demonstrations
-Support contract negotiations, service agreements, and onboarding of new customers to ensure smooth implementation

4. Market Analysis & Performance Monitoring
-Monitor sales performance, pipeline status, and revenue against targets
-Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review
-Support management on ad-hoc commercial, strategic, or market development projects as assigned

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
-Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Commercial roles within logistics, warehouse, 3PL, or supply chain businesses; experience in warehouse and fulfillment services is a strong advantage
-Chinese (Mandarin) proficiency at HSK Level 5–6 or equivalent is required, with strong ability to communicate effectively in speaking, reading, and writing to manage Chinese-speaking customers and partners
-Good command of English and Thai, both spoken and written
-Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with proven ability in customer relationship management and business development
-Commercial mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into practical logistics and warehouse solutions
-Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
-Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
