【Job Description】
-Supervise production planning and actual production to meet targets.
-Control production costs, WIP, stock balance, and lead time.
-Monitor material availability to support continuous production.
-Review and control overtime (OT) according to production needs.
-Coordinate with related departments to resolve production issues.
-Lead Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
⎼Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼Female/Male Age 33-38 years old　
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Management
⎼Proficient in English communication.
-Strong knowledge of production control, planning, and cost management.
-Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
-Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
