【Job Description】
-Plan and follow up schedule new product.
-Summary report and status to customer.
-Manage and control the work of the engineering department. To be in accordance with the policies and goals set by the company.
-Supervise, control and participate in determining the operational guidelines of the agency. To be in accordance with the standard system Quality system and various requirement of the company and customers.
-Manage and supervise employees to comply with company regulations.
-Coordinate between agencies and other agencies to achieve common goals.
-Other task assigned.
-Lead and support continuous improvement activities, including Lean and Kaizen initiatives.
-Conduct process assessments to identify gaps, improvement opportunities, and maturity levels.
-Manage improvement projects to achieve defined performance and financial targets.
-Develop and deliver training, coaching, and facilitation on problem solving, RCA, Lean tools, Six Sigma concepts, and Kaizen.
-Promote and embed a continuous improvement culture across operations, including daily Kaizen practices.

【Qualification】
-Male, Age 35-47 Years old.
-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
-5–7 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or a similar role.
-Proven experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.
-Strong knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts, TPM).
-Ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.& Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
-Good leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. (TOEIC score 600 up)

Monday-Friday and Saturday - Every Other Week, 8.00-17.00
