【Job Description】
-Manage overall HR functions including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation & benefits, payroll, employee relations, and labor law compliance.
-Oversee HRD activities such as training & development, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
-Act as a business partner to management to support organizational goals.
-Ensure HR policies and practices align with company standards and local labor laws.
-Prepare HR reports and support management decision-making.
【Qualification】
-Male/Female, Age 35-47 Years old.
-Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
-5–7 years of experience in HRM and HRD preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
-Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
-Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
-Good leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. (TOEIC score 600 up)

【Working Hour】
Monday-Friday and Saturday - Every Other Week, 8.00-17.00
