【Job Description】
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents.
- Providing advice in legal and business terms.
- Providing general support and counsel to the management level and other colleagues.
- Supporting a corporate secretarial function.
- Assisting or representing as a company attorney-at-law/attorney-in-fact for specific cases.
- And other tasks assigned.

【Qualification】
- Male/Female, Age 28–35 Years old
- Bachelor of Law
- Attorney-at-law license
- Notarial Services Attorney (if any)
- TOEIC 700 (will be advantage)
- 5 years as an in-house lawyer or corporate lawyer.
- 2 years in the litigation field is a plus.
- Corporate laws and general laws
- Contract and commercial laws
- Labor laws & dispute resolution
- Litigation on commercial disputes and criminal case
- Intellectual Property and other related business laws
- Business and corporate management comprehension
- Sound advisory for legal and commercial
- Strong analytical and sound judgment

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Housing Allowance : 5,000.
- Law license : 10,000.
