【Job Description】
- Support recruitment activities
- Handle reception duties and act as the first point of contact
- Handle onboarding and offboarding procedures for employees
- Manage attendance records and HR-related data
- Coordinate with Japanese management and other departments
- Support the planning and operation of company events and employee activities
- Purchasing procedure for items related to all employees
- Company vehicles and driver arrangements
- Business travel arrangement, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and mobile roaming
- Operate and maintain the internal company website
- Review and improve existing administrative processes
【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Female
- Age: 24 - 32 years old
- At least 2 years of working experience in related fields (HR, GA, or office administration)
- Good English communication skills (Japanese language skill is an advantage)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Service-minded, with a positive attitude, and able to work quickly and accurately
- Responsible and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
