【Job Description】
- Duties as an HR & General Affairs Manager
- Handling visas, work permits, and 90-day reporting for foreign staff (non-B visa and work permit)
- Supporting overall HR and administrative operations (attendance management, recruitment, office supplies, internal activities, etc.)
- Managing attendance records and monitoring overtime hours
- Supervising and managing the driver team and maids
- Responsible for payroll, benefits, employee birthdays, and internal company activities
- Arranging office equipment, Wi-Fi, and printers; coordinating staff vehicles and vehicle maintenance
- Handling basic accounting tasks and coordinating with the accounting firm

【Qualification】
- Female, under 43 years old
- Can speak, writing and read in English (Intermedia Skill~)
- Practical work experience after obtaining a visa and work permit is required
- Experience as an HR Manager is required
- Fast Learning,thorough person, Good Communication Skill, Cheerful, to be creative
- Can work under pressure, patient, Not job hoppers
