【Job Description】
⎼ Oversee manufacturing processes, ranging from production equipment design to the complete setup of production lines.
⎼ Design jigs and tools, and create comprehensive technical drawings.
⎼ Utilize expertise in mechanical and electrical design to ensure optimal production efficiency.
⎼ Act as a technical instructor to train and mentor local engineering staff, successfully driving the localization of engineering operations.
⎼ Apply advanced knowledge of mechanics of machinery and materials engineering to daily operations and problem-solving.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Strong knowledge and solid background in mechanics of machinery or materials engineering.
⎼ Proven hands-on experience in both mechanical (mechanism) and electrical design.
⎼ Demonstrated ability to lead, instruct, and mentor a team, possessing the professional maturity and extensive experience suited for a supervisory role.
⎼ Proficient in English (mandatory requirement).
⎼ Japanese language proficiency is highly advantageous.
