【Job Description】
- Check, monitor and control project develop process with local partner
- Check, monitor and control EIA and other permit process with local partner
- Schedule control, Check and monitor construction process with local partner
- Propose better solution or construction method in order to improve project delay
- Quality control, Supervise construction site and check the building quality
- Propose better designs in order to improve building quality
- Check design drawings as part of quality, design, and cost control and to improve product
(no risk of water leakage, enough sound insulation etc.)
- Cost control, Check and monitor construction cost with local partner
- Estimating project costs and schedules
- Supervise, manage and coaching subordinate
- Interpret (Thai⇄English) conversations during meetings and take minutes of meetings
- Translate documents (Thai⇄English)
- And other tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Age: 35-45 years old
- Business level of English
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Engineering License (Civil or Architect / Associate or Professional)
- Experience of working in construction and management for condominium and hotel
- Experience of working as project manager of real estate developer
