【Job Description】
- Perform spec-in sales by promoting conduit pipe systems and ensuring products are integrated into construction project specifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical consultants, designers, and electrical contractors.
( > Rarely seek for the new clients/ business opportunities)
- Clients: Distributor / Suppliers for construction projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC systam etc.)
- Provide technical support, assist in product selection, and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with manufacturing plants and distributors regarding technical details, lead times, pricing with project specifications and standards.
- Monitor market trends, upcoming tender information, and construction project developments.
- Conduct site visits and follow up on progress from the design/specification stage through to project closing.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and existing distributors to ensure smooth project execution and relationship retention.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
⎼ Gender: Male
- Age: 30–40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
- 3–5 years of experience in Technical sales, Spec-in sales, or Project sales
- Experience with ① Electrical installations business, ② Architectural Design Firm, ③ General Contractor or any related business is highly preferred
- Language: Intermediate to Business level English proficiency (Basic Japanese skills is a plus)
⎼ Must possess a valid driver’s license
