【Job Description】
⎼ Manage the Business Development team by leveraging extensive knowledge and experience in real estate development
⎼ Responsible for project acquisition and hotel management, including market research, feasibility studies, land risk surveys, and legal due diligence
⎼ Source residential, hotel, and other recurring projects through comprehensive documentation and analysis
⎼ Explore and research potential new partners, evaluating their business details and financial conditions
⎼ Monitor existing hotel projects, focusing on leasing progress, financial statements, Special Purpose Company (SPC) operations, and exit strategies
⎼ Manage sales, marketing, and the transfer progress of condominium or housing projects
⎼ Oversee project finance and cash flow status
⎼ Develop business strategies, schemes, and models for new ventures and verify their feasibility
⎼ Support executives with various requested tasks and manage non-routine operations with a self-driven approach
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Age 35-40 years old
⎼ Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Strategy, or related fields
⎼ Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate or hotel industry
⎼ Proven experience in hotel development or sourcing new Joint Venture projects
⎼ Strong understanding of the hotel business and real estate feasibility studies
⎼ Excellent command of English with strong communication skills
⎼ Proficient in Microsoft Office
