【Job Description】
-Control and monitor daily production operations to ensure targets, quality, and timelines are achieved
-Plan, implement, and follow up on work plans using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology
-Track and analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions
-Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, minimize cycle time, and optimize labor
-Plan and allocate manpower effectively in line with production schedules and workload
-Supervise, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and ensure compliance with work instructions (WI)
-Coordinate with Quality Control and Quality Assurance and Engineering teams to resolve production and quality issues
-Analyze root causes and implement sustainable solutions using Kaizen, Lean, or related tools
-Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and safety standards
-Prepare reports and update management on production performance, issues, and improvement actions
-Perform other duties as assigned by management

【Qualification】
-Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields
-Male, aged 35–39 years
-Minimum 3 years of experience in production and at least 1 year in quality management systems
-Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
-Proven experience in improving production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and work effectively under pressure
-Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
-Positive attitude, responsible, honest, and highly committed
-Good command of English and fluent in Thai
-Knowledge of ISO systems (Quality & Environmental standards
-Able to work night shifts
