【Job Description】
⎼ Manage schedules, costs, and quality control for retail store construction projects
⎼ Coordinate and communicate effectively with Japanese management and contract officers
⎼ Review and verify design specifications with design firms using Japanese language
⎼ Liaise with internal departments, including Systems and Accounting, to ensure project alignment
⎼ Provide Japanese interpretation and translation services specifically for design and construction technicalities
⎼ Manage vendor selection processes and coordinate with contractors
⎼ Perform frequent site visits and domestic travel as required by project locations
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality
⎼ Age: 25-35 years old
⎼ Experience in construction or interior design management within the retail or F&B industry
⎼ Japanese (JLPT N2)
⎼ Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail
⎼ Ability to work flexibly and travel frequently to various project sites
