【Job Description】
- Act as the successor to the HR Manager, overseeing overall human resources operations and department management
- Develop and implement HR strategies, including performance evaluation systems, competency development, and recruitment planning
- Review and optimize salary structures and compensation ranges to ensure market competitiveness
- Lead labor-management negotiations and ensure strict compliance with Thai labor laws
- Oversee general HR functions such as payroll processing, recruitment activities, and internal company event planning
- Manage and coordinate HR staff across four domestic locations to ensure consistent attendance and payroll management
- Other related tasks as assigned

【Qualification】
- Age: Over 35
- English: Business
- Proven experience in HR management within a large-scale organization
- Expertise in HR strategic planning, including salary benchmarking and organizational development
- Strong knowledge of Thai labor law and experience in labor relations or negotiations
- Experience managing payroll and HR operations for multiple locations or a high volume of employees
- Leadership skills to manage a team of diverse ages and locations
- Professional maturity suitable for a manager-level role
