【Job Description】
- Support the sales team lead with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, sales contracts, and invoices via own software for same. Some local sourcing in terms of follow up with suppliers.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with warehouse or production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Together with 1 sales lead, maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client information and sales activities
- Organize and maintain sales and related documents to ensure compliance and easy retrieval for accounting audits
- Prepare payments for / Bank transfers to suppliers
- Issue Withholding Tax Certificates to suppliers
【Qualification】
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a "can-do" attitude.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferable (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Good English verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices is an advantage.
- High level of accuracy, proactive problem-solving skills, and a friendly, professional demeanor
