Assistant Quality Manager (Surface Mount Technology)

【Job Description】
- Support set up quality control systems and inspection standards for new SMT production lines
- Develop and maintain Quality Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer audits and third-party certification audits
- Lead root cause analysis for SMT process failures and implement corrective/preventive actions
- Manage and evaluate component suppliers to ensure incoming material quality
- Supervise and train local Thai quality staff to improve overall technical skills and quality mindset
- Oversee the calibration and validation of inspection machines
- Other tasks assigned

【Qualification】
- Thai nationality
- Any gender
- Any age
- Must have knowledge about ISO and IATF
- Must have experience in SMT(Surface Mount Technology) industry
- Language skill is not required (Japanese speaker will be advantage)
