【Job Description】
⎼ Responsible for overall store management and operations.
⎼ Manage sales performance and achieve targets.
⎼ Supervise, train, and develop staff members.
⎼ Manage staff shifts and scheduling.
⎼ Other related tasks as assigned.
【Qualification】
⎼ Thai nationality, aged 25–40 years.
⎼ Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
⎼ Proven experience as a Store Manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
⎼ Intermediate level in English (Internal communication).
⎼ Daily conversational level in Japanese.
⎼ Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
【Allowance & Benefit】
⎼ Base Salary: 28,000–55,000 Baht (depending on experience).
⎼ Annual Salary Increase: 3–4%.
⎼ Performance Bonus: Equivalent to 1 month’s salary.
⎼ Language Allowance: JLPT N1 (+20,000 Baht) or N2 (+15,000 Baht).
⎼ Diligence Allowance: 250 Baht per week (up to 4 times/month).
⎼ Meal Allowance: 50 Baht per day.
⎼ Transportation Allowance: 50 Baht per day.
⎼ Social Security Insurance.
【Working Hour】
⎼ Shift-based system (8 working hours per shift).
⎼ Shift A: 09:00 – 18:00 / Shift B: 12:00 – 22:00.
⎼ Working Days: Every Saturday required.
