【Job Description】
- Performing scheduled and corrective maintenance on all sewing machines and essential factory equipment.
- Executing the upkeep, management, and basic repair of sewing machines and pressing machines.
- Other related tasks as assigned.
- Any other related jobs

【Qualification】
- Male
- Age 25–35 years
- Hands-on experience in maintaining factory equipment and machinery (primarily sewing machines, cutting machines, small press machines, etc.)
- Ability to analyze and resolve production line issues, such as mechanical failures and sewing defects
- Foundational knowledge of occupational safety management
- Experience in creating and managing Preventive Maintenance (PM) plans for machinery and equipment
- Experience in designing and creating blueprints for jigs and production equipment
- Proficiency in software/programs including AutoCAD, 3D CAD, PM1, Cleopatra, and Caligola NP
- Experience collaborating with suppliers and machinery vendors
- Experience in procuring mechanical components, equipment, and spare parts

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with electrical wiring and control panel operations
- Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
- Experience maintaining automated equipment
- Experience in TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) and KAIZEN activities
- Experience in 5S implementation
- Experience working at a Japanese manufacturing plant / company
