【Job Description】
- Coordinate corporate and sales operations between internal & external partners
- Document creation: Manage business documentation including quotations, PO, and invoices
- Support executive management with reporting and documentation
- Coordinate delivery schedules with domestic/international suppliers, logistics providers & warehouses
- Manage import/export documentation and monitor inventory levels based on supply chain requirements
- Handle inquiries from both local and overseas clients in English
【Qualification】
- Gender: Female
- Age: Middle to Late in 20s (approx)
- Language:
1st priority: Japanese N3-N2 level (For internal conversation)
2nd priority: English (For Email correspondence with HQ, clients and external partners)
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in a related position
