【Job Description】
1.Quotation & Pricing Management:
- Manage the end-to-end quotation process, ensuring accurate and timely issuance based on customer and service team requirements.
- Resolve price discrepancies and follow up on customer Purchase Orders (PO).
2.Service Scheduling & Coordination:
- Organize daily work schedules and location mapping for the Service Engineer team.
- Act as the key liaison between customers, application engineering, sales support, and other internal departments to ensure accurate pricing and smooth operations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and the Safety Department for site operations.
3.Customer Relations & Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries, handle service requests, and resolve product/service complaints professionally via email or phone.
- Monitor job progress and adjust service schedules to ensure timely delivery in accordance with company standards.
4.Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain and update the historical customer database and close service files upon job completion.
- Collect and analyze data to prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
- Assist in arranging internal/external seminars and managing service department documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
【Qualification】
- Gender/Age: Male or Female, age not over 30 years old.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Quotation, or Pricing Management.
- Language Skills: Good command of written and verbal English communication.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and ERP systems is a strong plus.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and deadline management.
- Personality: Energetic, proactive, friendly, and possess a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Mobility: Possess own transportation.
