【Job Description】
- Conduct sales activities and client relations targeting Japanese executives within industrial estates in Thailand.
- Propose and promote energy-saving LED equipment and solutions.
- Communicate with clients primarily in Japanese to understand their requirements and maintain strong relationships.
- (For Coordinator role) Support sales operations, prepare business documents, and handle Japanese-Thai translation/interpretation.
- Travel to client sites (factories) using a company vehicle for meetings and surveys.

- Initially work closely under the guidance of a Japanese Sales Manager, gaining industry knowledge and experience through OJT, and accompanying him to client visits
- Step up to become a core sales leader in a few years

【Qualification】
- Gender & Age: Female in 20s
** Fresh graduates are highly welcome ** (Training will be fully provided)
- Japanese: Intermediate ～ Business (JLPT N3 - N2)
- Experience:
[New graduates] Motivated in B2B Sales position within a Japanese company
[Experienced] Background in sales, sales support, or coordination within a Japanese business
- Must possess a valid driving license (Or planning to get a driver's license)
- Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a polite demeanor suitable for facing executive-level clients
