【Job Description】
- Design of progressive die presses including process design
- Reviewing mold specifications designing based on product shape, materials, and production conditions
- Following up on machining, assembly, and trials
- Troubleshooting and improvement during mass production launch
- Die modification, tool life improvement, and cost reduction activities
- Technical coordination with the manufacturing site press and die departments

【Qualification】
Requirements Must
- Practical experience in progressive die design Standard 3 plus years
- Basic knowledge of press manufacturing and die structures
- Ability to work collaboratively with shop floor teams machining, assembly, and pressing

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in die design for automotive parts
- Experience in launching and troubleshooting mass production issues
- Experience working with overseas factories or multicultural teams
- Proven track record in improvements, such as extending die life or process integration
