【Responsibilities】
Responsible for internal IT operations and user support, executing daily duties based on the policies and instructions of the IT Manager. Maintain the stable operation of the IT environment, provide primary (first-level) response when issues arise, and report, contact, and consult with the IT Manager regarding matters requiring managerial judgment.

【Job Description】
IT Support Services
- Respond to IT-related inquiries from employees.
- Troubleshoot PC, network, and software issues.

IT Equipment & Infrastructure Management
- Manage PCs, printers, and network equipment.
- Operate and handle basic troubleshooting for CCTV systems.
- Set up and configure new PCs.
IT Operations & Maintenance
- Monitor and verify data backups.
- Handle security updates and patches.
- Perform routine periodic maintenance.

Vendor Coordination
- Communicate and liaise with external IT vendors.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance services.

System Operations Support
- Assist in the operation of the core enterprise system.
- Provide user support for system operations.

Data Management & Business Support (Excel)
- Create and manage data as directed by the IT Manager.
- Provide advice on creating and improving Excel data for other departments based on instructions from the IT Manager.

【Qualification】
- Nationality: Thai
- Age: 23–35 years old
- Gender: Open (Any)
- Language Skills: Not required
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Experience in IT infrastructure management
- Solid knowledge of IT

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Bonus: Twice a year (December and March), approx. 1.6 - 2.0 months based on performance.
