【Job Description】
- Check attendance and allocate manpower according to the production plan for maximum efficiency and quality.
- Follow up manpower to be in accordance with standards and output is in accordance with the production plan.
- Verify and record production data, including the relevant machinery inspection documents (daily, weekly, monthly), and drive effectiveness in production efficiency.
- Provide training/advice about quality policy and changes to employees to be informed and drive effectiveness.
- Analyze and find the cause of the problems that arise, as well as receive a policy for solving the problem from superior into effective implementation.
- Ensure that information necessary for production quality, including the quality system to employees accurately and thoroughly.
- Confirm progress of the product delivery to the FGs store. To ensure that delivery will go according to planned.
- Follow up/confirm the training results of new employees and plan the potential development for maximum efficiency.
- Respond to and support the activities that the company or agency has organized to the best of their ability.
- Comply with legitimate orders assigned by direct superior and/or authorized personnel.

【Qualification】
- Thai Nationality
- Age: 25-30 years old
- Any gender
- At least 3 years experience as team leader or supervisor position in factory
- Graduated in electrical engineer or any industrial fields
