【Job Description】
Mainly accounting work, secretarial work, general affairs, logistics management & order procedures.
- Accounting operations (contact with the head office in Japan and Group companies in other countries, contact with the accounting professional firm on monthly reporting, classification of expenses and items, issuance of checks)
- Secretarial work for Japanese general manager
- General affairs : telephone processing, luggage transmission/reception, equipment management, item inventory management, email transmission/reception, attendance management, handling social insurance setup, etc.
- Scanning tender documentations (few hundred pages), stamping them and prepare basic documents.
- Support on Human Resources operation
(eg. Employee onboarding/offboarding, employment working permit etc.)
- Actively communicating with distributors regarding stocks as the first point of contact.
- Order acceptance procedure (order acceptance, order, invoice issuance, payment confirmation, packing/delivery, courier arrangement, inventory management)

【Qualification】
- English: Business (Toeic 650-700 around)
- Experience in Accounting, especially applying for withholding tax
(Bachelor's degree in accounting is not required as they will be using an external accounting firm)
- Multitasking skill

[ Advantage ]
- Japanese language skill at dairy conversation level is advantage
- Experience working in a Japanese company
- Experience in logistics management, such as FDA applications

【Allowance & Benefit】
- Transport : Actual rate (Maximum 5,630 THB)
- Support for medical insurance 2,000 B
- Bonus : 1-2 months
