【Job Description】
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing distributors to sustain and drive continuous, long-term sales growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and prepare regular sales reports.
- Troubleshoot issues and facilitate efficient coordination within the assigned business sectors.
- Supervise, manage, and provide guidance to subordinate team members.
- Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
- Utilize administrative, problem-solving, and leadership skills to support sales expansion and optimize customer retention.
- Other related tasks as assigned.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 ～ 5 years of sales experience within the industrial sector.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or team management role is highly preferred.
- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- English: Intermediate level
- Work location: Able to work based in Bangkok, with the flexibility to travel to the factory 1 to 2 times a week for business meetings.

- Gasoline allowance based on a 10 km/liter fuel consumption rate.
- Car mileage allowance: 4 THB per kilometer.
- Annual vehicle maintenance allowance (e.g., engine oil change) up to 30,000 THB per year.
- Automobile insurance coverage reimbursed based on actual costs up to 15,000 THB per year.
- Compulsory Motor Insurance (Por Ror Bor) coverage up to 1,500 THB per year.
- Express tollway fees and parking fees fully reimbursable based on actual receipts.
