【Job Description】
- Installation and commissioning of pharmacy automation systems.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of pharmacy automation equipment.
- Troubleshooting and resolution of hardware-related issues.
- Inspection, troubleshooting, and replacement of machine parts when necessary.
- Analysis of equipment error logs to identify the root cause of hardware issues.
- Testing and configuration of equipment after installation or maintenance.
- User training and operational support for pharmacy automation systems.

【Qualification】
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of medical device hardware.
- Ability to identify and resolve hardware-related issues with medical devices or automation equipment.
- Ability to perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and replacement of machine parts.
- Ability to analyze equipment error logs and identify the root cause of problems.
- Basic knowledge or experience in electrical or electronic systems.
- Ability to perform installation, testing, configuration, and user support.
- Experience in medical device field service, technical support, or maintenance engineering is preferred.
- Experience working in a hospital or medical environment is a plus.
